A Lehigh Valley native, Bill began playing saxophone in fourth grade.  He began playing professionally in junior high school when he started The New Generation and played with that group for over ten years.  His musical passion was to play big band music from the 30’s and 40’s and he spent countless hours arranging charts for his band.   

Bill studied music and graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a degree in business administration. While in college, he played in the LVC College Jazz Band and filled in with many bands throughout Central PA.  After college, Bill continued to lead the New Generation and play with the Matt Gillespie Big Band. 

Bill took a hiatus from playing to raise his three sons with his wonderful wife Karen. They currently reside in Bethlehem. Bill owns his own human resources consulting firm.  Flirtin’ with the Mob welcomed Bill into the band in March 2021 where he plays alto, tenor, and soprano saxophones.
